Urgent call for engineering volunteers to support front-line NHS staff tackling the COVID-19 pandemic

There are a number of new medical facilities being built in England, at ExCel London as well as field hospitals in Manchester and Birmingham, to treat patients with COVID-19. Additional support staff – engineers and technicians – are needed. Read more on our beta site.

PLANCKS competition 8-10 May 2020
PLANCKS is an annual international student-run physics competition hosted at a different university each year. Forty teams of bachelors & masters students of all abilities will arrive from all over the world to solve ten written physics problems and enjoy a weekend symposium of physics trips, talks, excursions, socials and careers activities.
